L&L Door and Window recently provided their services at our home. We are pleased with the outcome and wanted to express our gratitude for their professionalism during each phase of the job. Felicia made the process of decision making and purchasing very pleasant. When it came time to install the doors Gus and his crew got the job done and were a pleasure to have in my home for the day. Angel and his painting crew were on time, painted the doors just as I desired. Then finally, there is Scott. He is their customer service man and the guy that immediately follows up on every single detail following each phase of the process. His work was much appreciated. I may have driven him crazy with questions and concerns but he was fun to work with and took care of every issue that arose.

Great service and communication from the very beginning, job finished earlier then anticipated and the work was flawless. Highly recommend this company and will use again in the future.

The best thing you can say about a contractor doing work on your home is that there were no surprises. That was the case with L&L Door and Window. They quickly responded to every question we had (and we had a LOT), communicated frequently with us, showed up when they said they would, and did exactly what was contracted with good quality materials and workmanship. Extremely professional in every aspect, they were respectful of our home and careful around our plantings, left everything cleaner than they found it, and took the time to walk the job with us at the end and go over our warranty paperwork. As people who are dedicated DIY's, it was difficult for us to "let go" and let someone else do the work, but we are certainly happy we entrusted this project to L&L!

To begin with, these guys beat everyone else I talked to on price. They also show up on time, they give you an install date several weeks ahead of time, and they showed up on install day at 7am just like they said they would. Their workers are respectful and clean, and they finish when they say they will. Super easy to deal with, and I highly recommend.

L&L Door and Window replaced our dated sliding glass doors as well as our windows. It was a pleasure doing business with this company, their estimator Bruce, Project Manager Felica, Job Scheduler Scott and their Installation crew all did a fantastic very professional job. The sliders and window look great, thank you so much to whole L&L Team. I would defiantly use them again.

They were professional, had great expertise with the Product. Efficiently and quickly completed the installation. A long lead time to actually manufacture the windows, but that must show how much the demand for Milgard windows. Love the new windows. Will use L&L for installation of additional windows.

I used L&L for replacement of 5 doors and 2 windows and there were some challenges with the installation due to the existing stucco condition, but the installers were able to accommodate and the finished product looks great!

We decided to replace and upgrade all our patio doors and two windows with energy efficient ones. After receiving several bids, we decided on L&L. Everyone was very helpful, professional and caring. They believe in their product as well as providing good customer service. The installers were very nice and made sure we were happy with their work. We are very happy and glad on deciding to go with L&L and will recommend them to our friends and family.

We hired L&L to redo all the windows in our house, replacing the original 1970s single-panes with updated energy-efficient models. Megan was so helpful by listening to our wishes of not sacrificing the vintage feel of our Desert home, and found alternative products that fit our wishes. Their estimators, measurers, and installers were all extremely professional ... and accurate! There were no unpleasant surprises or delays. They made an intimidating project as easy as possible. I needed to replace my rollers on my patio slider and was told to contact Indian wells glass and mirror. 3 weeks ago and calling them back many,many times and have not been contacted back. L and L gave me the quote for the parts and ordered them the very next day. I highly recommend this company for any of your glass needs.

Thank you to LandL Doors and Windows  for installing our new stainless steel Pull down faucet! The Plumber, Pedro did an excellent job! He was very professional, and quick! He arrived on time, and got the job done in less than 15 minutes!! Give L&L Doors and Windows a call for all of your Home and office upgrades, & remodeling needs! They do it all! From building homes, customizing homes, and everything in between!!  We will definitely be giving them a call again to install ceiling fans in all of our rooms!

L & L is our preferred door and window supplier. Lance keeps a clean and organized warehouse. The air conditioning is also a plus :)

We had a wonderful experience with L &L Doors and Window. They replaced 27 windows 5 doors and did a beautiful job. No damage to the stucco on the house. Customer service was very professional and knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely fashion. They have many windows and doors to choose from. The company as a whole was a pleasure to work with.
